The subject in today’s article is about what I call an aerobic fitness profile. An aerobic fitness profile is important in today’s workplace and society. When you apply for a job and submit your resume for a position you are telling that employer about your back ground. This back ground is a profile of your life. This article is about an aerobic fitness profile and explains what I believe what makes a person fit.
A fitness profile describes your aerobic fitness, body fat, back flexibility, bicep strength, body composition, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, and resting heart rate. These are things I would consider to be the makeup of a fitness profile.
The first aerobic fitness profile I will address is blood pressure.
Every time I go to the doctor, the nurse takes my blood pressure and she makes me get weighed. Blood pressure when taken has two numbers, systolic pressure and diastolic pressure. Systolic pressure is the top or higher pressure. This represents the heart contracting and pushing blood into the arteries.
Diastolic pressure is the lower pressure; this represents the heart between contractions and at rest. A low resting heart rate indicates how healthy you are and confirms your fit condition. A high resting heart rate could be symptoms of a health problem.
An aerobic fitness profile includes body fat, and that is a problem with me and many other men in general. My body fat content is 29.2 that shows I need to lose some weight. Ask your doctor about getting your body fat content taken and what your fat content is.
Having good bicep strength is important for good muscular strength. Good muscular strength helps you perform your daily activities without getting tired or sore. Good body muscular strength can help lower your risk of injury.
An aerobic fitness profile is important to increase your bicep strength get yourself involved in a strength training program. Strength training usually includes lifting, pulling, pushing, and leg work. You may want to consult your doctor before doing anything aerobic.
Aerobic fitness is your ability to sustain long periods of activity like swimming, running, jogging, cycling, brisk walking, or walking. It’s anything that you do that gets your heart rate up. Doing these types of activities will help you achieve a good aerobic fitness level.
An aerobic fitness profile is important for your back. It is the most vital part of your body, and good flexibility is good for posture and strength. Good back flexibility can reduce the risk of muscle and joint injury. To help your flexibility, try exercises that stretch muscles and ligaments in the shoulders, hip, legs, and back.
An aerobic fitness profile for your body composition describes how much you weigh in water weight. That means if you have more water weight than lean weight your muscles, bones and body tissue may become weak.
These are things that I consider to be an aerobic fitness profile for myself. Now that I’ve uploaded my real image you see my real profile. The things listed in this essay are just a fraction of what it takes to maintain a good healthy aerobic fitness profile. If you will eat a balanced diet and exercise on a weekly basis you are on your way to a great aerobic fitness profile. What is going to be your aerobic fitness profile?
