Do diet pills, capsules, and liquid diets really work?

When we go into a drug store or supermarket we will see one section or aisle that is for products that are used to lose weight. Thousands of them proclaiming they work. I for one think they are just a placebo. They want you to think that their products are what make you lose weight.

Since Americans are known to be the ones with most of the over-weight problems in the world, the weight loss industry has become a booming business here. Too bad we didn’t invest in these companies who are selling diet products that I deem as worthless, but plays a big part in the weight loss industry and in the minds of the over-weight person who wants and needs to lose some weight.  There are hundreds of choices on the shelves from diet pills, diet capsules or liquid diets.

Even diet foods are sold to those who join a program that helps us learn how and what to eat. But in my opinion most of these  products are useless. The product alone will NOT help you lose weight. The most important thing in that box of pills or capsules or even on the diet liquids is the instructions.  Yes, my friend the instructions is the real key to losing unwanted pounds. If you read and follow the instructions you will see that you must change the way you eat. Says so right there on the paper that was in the pill box.

That alone will help you lose weight. Then it requires you to do some form of exercise. That too is an important step you have to take to stay firm while losing weight. So the question is why do you need the pills or capsules or the diet drink when all you really needed was the instruction that came with them? In my opinion you are wasting your money when you purchase any form of diet pill, diet capsule or diet drink. Just learn what foods you should be eating or avoiding then stick to a plan of healthy eating and exercise. That alone should work, then watch your fat melt away. Not to mention the money you can save for that new wardrobe.

I totally agree with your views, what really works in my opinion is is a balanced diet, regular exercise and plenty of water . I feel that it is never good to reduce weight drastically..
