Raspberry Jell-o Salad
Ingredients:
1 box raspberry jell-o
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1 package frozen raspberries
3 cups water
1 container cool whip

Directions:Â Add dry raspberry jell-o and vanilla pudding mix with 3 cups water, boil. Refrigerate for 1 hour and then add raspberries. Refrigerate 4 more hours, top with cool whip.

Peanut Butter Pinwheels
Ingredients:
1 lb confection sugar
1 TBSP shortening
1 TSP vanilla
Peanut butter
Evaporated milk as needed
Directions:Â Mix sugar and shortening, add vanilla and just enough milk until it is almost dough like. Make a ball and roll onto wax paper which has been sprinkled with confection sugar. Carefully spread on peanut butter. Roll up, chill well and slice into rounds.

No Bake Cookies
Ingredients:
1 ¾ cup sugar
½ cup milk
½ cup butter
4 TBSP cocoa powder
½ cup peanut butter
3 cups oats
1 TSP vanilla
Directions:  In a medium saucepan, combine milk, sugar, butter and cocoa. Bring to a boil and cook for 1 ½ minutes. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter, oats and vanilla. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper. Let cool and harden to eat or eat while they’re still gooey!

Fruit Dip
Ingredients:
1 package cream cheese
1 jar marshmallow cream
Directions: Â Beat the two together and keep chilled. Good with any fresh fruit!

Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball
Ingredients:
1 package cream cheese
½ cup butter
¼ TSP vanilla
2 TBSP brown sugar
¾ cup confection sugar
¾ cup chocolate chips
¾ cup chopped pecans
Chocolate graham crackers
Directions: Â Beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla; slowly add sugars and chocolate chips. Form into a ball, refrigerate 1 hour. Roll ball into pecans. Serve with graham crackers.
