What if you were given a roadmap that reveals directions where at the end was a pot of gold? Well let me qualify my message: how much is peace and success worth to you? Well peace and success is our symbolic pot of gold. This is a lofty comment and such we do not want to give the impression the way is easy. It goes without saying the path to this lofty goal is through the Human Condition. As all should know, this roadmap is rooted in constant struggle. Peace and success is perhaps a universal destination. The level of the struggle is intensely individualistic. The destination is the same and rather than get loss it would be easier if one is provided a diagram. The map we provide has eight points of interest. In fact for some their might be more that eight points and for other there might be less. For our purposes we enlist you focus on the below eight daily and watch the quality of life take on a profound change.

Love is our first point on the map. For many it is considered the most important or most powerful. It comes from the Latin lubēre or libēre which means to be pleasing; akin to life. Put joy and pleasure in your daily routine. For all the points on are map we do not ask for perfect. Such a request is unrealistic.

Faith is the belief in the unseen. It comes from the Latin fidem or fidēs; akin to confidence or trust. Have faith. Believe in what you are doing. Do not underestimate your vision, hopes and dreams. Wrap your actions in faith and love. Plant it. When the time the harvest will amaze; are you feeling me?

Meditation is needed to focus all the points of energy. It is from the Latin meditātiō to look or thinking over. Bury as in plant, the power of the subconscious is nothing short of miraculous. With meditation unconsciously it allows you to project manifestations. It is a wonder and you may be surprised by the outcome but with right thinking the results will be a joy.

Prayer is an act of contrition or petition to the Supreme Source from which all energy flows. It is obtained from the Latin precārius; akin to precarious. It is a position we put ourselves in a position of uncertainty where we depend on an outside force to help us set thing straights. It is a contract where we request a partnership with the “Big Guy”. When forming a partnership or picking a team mate we all seek to match up with the Best.

Charitable Giving is the gallant promotion of good will. Taken from charity, which is devotion, from the Latin cāritāt or cāritās or its equivalent cārus which mean dear; akin to the word caress or cherish; plus the word giving from give; taken from the Goth giban. This is a unique combination of the proceeding four. Practice it a minimum of ten per cent of the time and it enough to change your reality in the direction we speak of.

Writing is a declaration of the heart. Derived from write, taken from the Goth reissen to tear, draw or rīta to score or write. Practice the art of writing everyday. This can easily be done by keep a journal. It is the interaction with the Word where ideas and creation take place.

Reading is an acceptance or demonstration of openness. Derived from the read, taken from the Goth raten or rāth is akin to Sanskrit rādhnoti meaning to achieve. Realizing what is at the end of the rainbow is our goal. Reading leads to knowledge and very few would disagree this is power.

The Practice of Good Works is a commitment to honesty. Practice is taken from the Greek prāktik meaning practical work. Good is derived from the Goth gōd or goed or gut or gōthr. Precede with actions first by considering that is it a matter of the heart. Work that is derived from the gut is routed in the very soul. This is a work worth having and one worth giving.

Practice these eight points. They are our guide our road map to success and peace. Not to say you will be guaranteed peace and success the terms are highly relativistic but in turn believe the above are the keys to having peace and success all around you and within your heart.
