Granola Bar Recipe Ingredients

  • 3/4 - cup quick cooking oatmeal
  • 1/2 - cup honey
  • 1/2 - cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 - cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 - cup melted butter or margarine
  • 1 - egg
  • 1/4 - teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 - Tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 - teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 - cup flour

In a large bowl you will mix the oatmeal, coconut and sugar together and mix well. Pour the melted butter or margarine over this mixture and mix thoroughly. In a smaller bowl you will beat the egg, the vanilla, honey and salt together; then pour this wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until well blended.
