I’ve come across some interesting facts that all Americans should be made aware of. I believe they point out that the changes we are seeing today were planned over sixty years ago.
In 1942 when we were at war with Germany and Italy, the axis powers, Franklin D. Roosevelt suggested that the twenty six nations that were involved in the war band together and form the United Nations. In 1943 Roosevelt proposed the League of Nations which he felt was the best way to keep us out of war. Within this group a committee was formed to discuss social and economic issues as they pertained to the world. The United States, Great Britain, the Soviet Union and China were to be the policemen to enforce peace. In 1945, 50 nations got together in San Francisco to complete the United Nations Charter. During this period of time when the U.N. and the League of Nations were formed, a multitude of committees and councils were also formed. These committees and councils are too numerous to mention, but appear to have more of a purpose than just averting war.
Of all the committees and councils that were formed during this time, the two that have drawn my interest are The International Monetary Fund and The World Bank. Those of us who think this administration isn’t trying to strengthen the dollar might see it as a calculated move towards a different currency and the World Bank. Something that I believe is interesting is the fact that although the world economy has been based on the solvency of the American dollar, we stand in the way of the World Government and the World Bank because we are the only truly capitalist society in the world. In order for certain ideals to be accomplished, capitalism must be done away with.
Moving ahead to 1973, we find an organization being formed by David Rockefeller called the Trilateral Commission. This was a consortium of distinguished private citizens, international industrialists and multinational corporate magnates of North America, Western Europe and Japan. The Encyclopedia of Associations says that this organization was formed to foster economic and political cooperation among these three nations. It consolidates the power base of the wealthy elite and it’s basic program is the gradual reduction and limitation of democracy. John Diebold wrote in the magazine, Foreign Policy, an article entitled “Multi National Corporations: Why be afraid of them?” he stated that the increased role of this organization, the Trilateral Commission, will mean the end of nationality and national government. By the way, this article was published in the fall of 1973. At that time Rockefeller and his family had banking interests in 125 nations. The Trilateral Commission at that time controlled medicine, munitions, agricultural petrochemicals with raw material and chemicals.
Here we are in 2009 and I believe we are seeing the fruition of some of the committees and organizations that were put in place all those years ago. Basically we are talking about control by a government that is controlled by the wealthy elite in the world. If you don’t believe that the goal is to completely control us, consider some other steps that have been taken. We are being moved towards a cashless society. In the Press Democratic Parade Magazine an article appeared in July, 1979 entitled “Here Comes Truncation". The system we now use, instead of returning cancelled checks to you, is called truncation. Most paychecks are now automatically deposited in your account by electronic cash transfer instead of being placed in your hand. One more thing I learned is that the bar codes that they scan at a cash register to show price are used all over the world. All of the above -mentioned innovations of the computer age will possibly lead to a cashless society. To you and I this could mean that we will be monetarily controlled by our government, who is controlled by the wealthy elite in the world. Think about this: if your food supply is controlled, your money is controlled and your health care is controlled what will you be able to effectively control in your life?
I believe we should fight these changes at every turn and do all we can to remain a free society. We are, perhaps, the last stronghold in the modern world able to fight the greed and corruption that has replaced honesty and decency.
