The best thing to do is start out by doing some stretches. Whether you wash before or after the exercises is up to you. Some beginner stretches would be to swing your arms in all directions, and perhaps twisting your body at the same time to work muscles in your lower stomach. You can achieve this by leaving your feet in place and turning to your left and right at a rapid pace.

After doing this for about five minutes, you should be loose enough to stretch downward and touch the floor with one or both hands. Maybe simulate hiking a football to a quarterback. Do these at least four at a time to resemble each time an NFL player does this. You’ll sympathize with them by the time this is over. Also try simulating kicking a field goal. Do one for each point you’ve ever seen scored in a football game. This will help you pace yourself for the next exercise.

And that exercise is running in place. You can run around if you want to, but you’ll tire faster. However it will get your heart pumping harder and your blood flowing faster! It is recommended you do this on a ground surface to avoid breaking dishes and other loose items. Maybe go into the basement if your living room rocks when you jump. Don’t be at all self-conscious, if that happens no one will ever be able to do a hard enough workout to benefit from.

Anyway, as you’re running, occasionally bounce up and down as hard as you can, like you see atheletes do at an outdoor training camp on a hot summer day under the hot summer sun. With sweat beads pouring everywhere and Gatorade constantly being passed to all players. Keep doing all these exercises until you feel effortless in your movements. When those little things don’t hurt like bending your knee sideways and bending your shoulder and elbow.

These workouts may sound stupid and embarrassing but don’t let that stop you. Just ignore it. Lke was said before, if you don’t put all your efforts into this how can you ever expect to improve the situation. Tightened muscles will let you know you’re making progress. Just don’t take any medicine to help your situation such as steroids. They are highly illegal in the sports world and probably don’t last as long as a well-toned muscle actually created by the user through hard work and dedication to fitness.

Even boucing in the shower and dancing in the living room can improve future mobility.
