Okay, I am writing this article in response to a few different questions that have been asked on factoidz about pharmaceuticals and health. This article will be the catalyst that hopefully changes your life for the better, and the only thing I can ask is that you pass it on to benefit everyone you know.
Let’s start with a little story, this is just hypothetical in this article, but truthful in its basic nature.
Let’s say we have a baby who has just been brought into the world, and we’ll say that his name is Jeffrey. Baby Jeffrey was born at his town’s general maternity hospital, where his parents hoped he would get the best care from the moment he was born.
From the moment that Jeffrey is born, the doctors inject several "newborn" vaccinations into Jeffrey to prevent certain viruses or infections that are known to be caught in hospitals. Baby Jeffrey cries at this, as he doesn’t understand what all these painful shots are about.
A few hours after Jeffrey is born, he starts to show a bit of Jaundice, and the doctors place him under a special light to help his liver produce proper enzymes again. Did baby Jeff have this problem when he came out of the womb? No, but neither the doctors or the parents stop to think that maybe so many injections in a newborn could have harsh effects on their liver or kidneys . . . .
So Baby Jeffrey and his parents make it out of the hospital the next morning, wrapping Jeffrey up tightly and taking him home with pride. They spend the next couple of years enjoying Jeffrey’s toddler years. They feed him well, love him a lot, and Jeffrey really doesn’t have any problems. He reaches a healthy 5 years old, and has had only a few colds or flu’s so far. He is bright, intelligent and ready to take on the world.
Jeffrey’s parents don’t have great healthcare, and they can’t afford a lot, so they avoid taking him to the doctor unless they need to. This works out great for them, as they teach Jeffrey good hygiene and he seems to stay pretty healthy that way. However, once it’s time for Jeffrey to start preschool, the school pressures them into getting vaccinations, as does their day care, so that Jeffrey can go to school as well as learning good social skills.
So Jeffrey’s parents do what they are told is good, and they go and get Jeffrey his vaccinations. They get everything the doctor suggests, and to their amazement, the doctor injects 8 vaccines into their child in less than 5 minutes while they hold him down, assuming they are doing the best they can for little Jeffrey.
Jeffrey appears to get sick the day after all these vaccines, but the doctors tell his parents that it is just a side effect of the vaccines and nothing to worry about. So little Jeffrey’s parents care for him and try help him get better with love and attention. After a couple of weeks of illness, Jeffrey finally feels better, but his parents have noticed a bit of a change in his behavior. It’s not a major change, but he’s a bit more defiant, and any time he catches a cold after that, his body takes forever trying to get over it.
So Jeffrey’s parents consult his doctor about this, and he suggests a diet change. Jeffrey’s parent are reasonably good about healthy eating, but their doctor suggests that they go even further. He wants them to have Jeffrey drink a lot more water and milk, and to get plenty of protein.
Jeffrey’s parents want to do the best they can, so they listen to their doctor. They have Jeffrey drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, and eat plenty of home cooked beef, chicken and pork to get him lots of protein, and Jeffrey drinks lots of milk and has plenty of dairy products. Jeffrey’s parents notice that little Jeffrey is much less defiant, but he still gets sick, and now he just seems to be full of less energy. On top of that, Jeffrey’s doctor tells his parents that he needs a dental exam, where they tell him that Jeffrey’s teeth have cavities and that he needs lots of work done on them. So they go ahead and get him some appointments where they send him home with special fluoride toothpaste and a large bill.
Jeffrey has now reached about 10 years old, and his hygiene has fallen. On top of that, no matter what his parents do, Jeffrey just seems to grow and grow like crazy, even though he is still so young. Jeffrey’s parents have a hard time keeping up with his clothes and shoes, everything they buy, he outgrows in a few weeks or less. Jeffrey used to love school when he was younger, but now he’s lacking in motivation to succeed. He hides his homework, and isolates himself at school and has very few friends.
When Jeffrey gets to high school, he has spent most of his adolescent life with a bit of depression, and although he is able to hide that from his parents, he has a harder time hiding the fights at school or the arguments with his teachers. Jeffrey’s parents just don’t know what to do. Little Jeffrey is not so little anymore, and his parents just want what’s best for him. So they consult his doctor, who refers them to a psychiatrist. They pay a high insurance premium to get Jeffrey help, and after only two visits, the therapist decides that Jeffrey has ADD and depression, and that he needs some psych meds to help him cope. So Jeffrey’s parents agree and convince Jeffrey that he needs to do what the doctors want.
After several years of trying experimental drugs from the psych, making Jeffrey shower twice a day, making sure he has lots of meat, milk and water, Jeffrey is now going on 17, and is in a worse place then he started way back when. His parents are utterly frustrated. Jeffrey has been arrested a few times, has been found hanging out with a bad crowd, and he has tried to attempt suicide a few times. All the while, Jeffrey’s parents keep up their dutiful work. They make sure he gets his multi-vaccines every year, that he takes his pharmaceutical meds everyday, that he showers everyday, eats well and they try to keep him out of trouble.
When Jeffrey hits 20 years old, he is still at home with his parents. He dropped out of school just before graduation, and has no real motivation to go to college or move out of his parents’ house. Alarmed by this, his parents lovingly shove him out of the nest, in hopes that he might pull out of his slump and become a contributor to society.
Sadly, Jeffrey doesn’t know what to do. He had a horrible time paying attention in school, and now that he has nowhere to live and no job, he has to make decisions that let him live or die. So Jeffrey works a few jobs for some friends and moves in as a roommate with some of his old high school friends in town. Jeffrey isn’t qualified for any jobs, so instead of going back to school, he decides to sell some of his meds to make money. Slowly he increases the amount of meds he picks up from the doctors every month, but they just assume he needs them, and no one thinks any differently.
After a while, Jeffrey finds himself in a bad place. He has been mixing drugs and pills, and his friends take advantage of everything he has. After a while, Jeffrey gets robbed for all his meds, his money and his stereo. The only thing he has left is some hard drugs he stashed away. When he feels that he is slipping into his dark side, he turns to the drugs. When his medical benefits are cut off from his parents because he is now 25, he gets more street drugs to compensate.
After a while, Jeffrey becomes one of those smelly vagrants near the downtown bars, who knows nothing more than to beg for money, food and drugs. All the things he was taught to need when he grew up. Jeffrey’s parents love him and want to help him, but are told that they need to let him go through the phase if they want to help him. "Tough love" they are told. So they dutifully do their job, and it has been years since they have heard from their little Jeffrey, who has most likely forgotten that he even had parents.
I know it doesn’t paint a pretty picture, but the truth is not always as pretty as we would like to paint it. Sadly, I have known plenty of youths who have grown up on this agenda. From the moment they are born, they have chemicals and vaccines injected into their bodies. They are told to drink water that is government-regulated and has things like Chlorine, Fluoride and other harsh chemicals in it. Even with the special filter that Jeffrey’s parents bought, the fluoride still comes through. Sadly, Jeffrey’s parents never knew about the harsh effects on a persons body from fluoride and other chemicals because they were never informed that those chemicals were either harmful or in their food.
When Jeffrey started to get sick a lot and act like a blob, they assumed it was something wrong with him, when really it was the chemicals in the water. They got Jeffrey to drink a lot of it, shower in it a lot, and had him drink hormone-injected milk and eat hormone-injected dairy products. They were told it was harmless, and never stopped to question that. So when the hormones in the meat and milk started to cause Jeffrey to grow faster and hit puberty early, Jeffrey’s parents never stopped to think that it might have been what they were told was good for him.
After years and years of chemicals from water, hormones from meat and dairy, and lots of dental treatments, Jeffrey’s body started to build up tons of toxic substances that left his body with very little resistance to natural elements, and on top of that, it slowed down his brain’s essential functions to try and deal with all the chemicals and hormones that weren’t supposed to be in his body.
On top of that, Jeffrey got tired of being controlled and ate lots of junk food, drank lots of soda and did lots of unsavory things with his body, because he felt he had no other choice. No control over his own future. The aluminum from the cans of soda he drank contribute to the Alzheimer’s and dementia he developed in his late 30’s, as did all the drinks that he had that were bottled in petrochemical plastic.
As Jeffrey grew up, he trusted his parents; he knew that he needed help, and did whatever they asked. He slept on an old petrol fiber mattress which when it got older, started to get into his lungs. The food he ate at school was nutritionally deprived and everything his parents bought from the grocery store was either sprayed with pesticides to protect it, or had preservatives added to make them last longer, or they had chemicals injected into them. Such as the red dye to make ground beef look more appealing in the store.
By the time Jeffrey was even just 30 years old, he had so many untested vaccinations, he’d put lots of pills and street drugs into his beat-up body, and as he slept on the city streets cuddled up under newspaper to keep warm; the local city airport sent out their sprayer plans to lay pesticides, anti-fungals and do weather modification, and Jeffrey breathed that in for months at a time. Jeffrey never smoked cigarettes a day in his life, but his lungs felt like they had smoked for centuries.
The final assault, was when Jeffrey sought refuge inside a department store from the rain, and a disgusted clerk decides to spray his smell away from a new perfume near by. Jeffrey’s poor lungs have had enough, and even the small traces of toxins in the perfume are enough to cause his lungs to quit.
It is really so sad how our society has become lately. I am not completely against "modern medicine". I feel that there are plenty of worthwhile activities that doctors are responsible for. Such as helping mothers give birth. Sowing back together the patients of a horrible car accident, or even giving a child who had never walked before, the chance to walk for the rest of their life.
I don’t, however, like the idea that you go in to see some strange doctor for all of 5 minutes, and they send you out with a prescription. Half of the time they really only have a vague idea of what is in the prescriptions, and they only know half of the known side effects. Yet, because they were starved for nutrition and sleep through med school, they only thing they really know how to do is prescribe medicine. On top of that, they get paid more every time they sign that little pad, than they do if they cure you with out pharmaceuticals.
Now, to give this article a little more of an optimistic outlook, I would like to offer some tips and tricks to readers of this article, so that they might expect the toxicity that our world provides, as well as helping their kids and future generations live enriching lives.
1. Don’t be a slave to media.
We all love it when that big fat juicy burger comes onto TV, and it makes us want to rush out to the nearest fast food place and chow down. That’s not the greatest idea, and you have to realize that the people who make those commercials know exactly how your brain works, and don’t give a flying pig’s grace of what your health will be like after consuming those products over time. On top of that, even if they did care, they are regulated by the FDA to inject all sorts of chemicals into their food to keep it "healthy" and "sanitary" for your consumption.
2. Do your research, and don’t stop until you have all the facts.
I have already made my decision on how I feel about most of the above subjects. That doesn’t mean, however, that you have to take my word for it. There are plenty of other truth seekers out there who have made it possible for you to get both un-biased science based research, as well as opinions from every side of the spectrum. Use that! The information is out there, and you can find out about all of it. To get your search started, look up some of these topics:
*Bullvine Growth Hormone
*Fluoride and the Nazi’s
*Pesticides sprayed on fruits
*Chemtrails/Contrails and Pesticides sprayed over farms
*Produce Preservatives
*Vaccination Side Effects and Toxicity
These are just a few things that can get you started on your search for better health and truth. Remember, if you don’t do the research and find out for yourself, then you have no one to blame for your own ignorance. If you do the research and decide the risks are worth it for you and your family, that is fine, but at least you will be well informed.
3. Lower Your Toxicity.
This is the best tip I have for you. The best thing you can do for yourself and your family, is to stop relying on other people to tell you what is good for you. Get your own garden going at home, outside in the summer, inside in the winter. Cultivate veggies’ and fruits, grow herbs and spices. Get to know the earth around you, even if you are in an apartment. Offer to start a cooperative garden with your neighbors or friends. This enables you to grow your own food, pesticide free, with all the benefits that nature intended.
Buy your meats straight from the butcher, or from a market that can tell you precisely where they buy their meat and what they put into it. Make sure they are organic, and try to avoid anything grain or corn fed, because they tend to put pesticides on the corn and meal before they are processed into feed for the animals. Even if they are fed corn, meal or grains other than grass, if you at least know the butcher and he directly knows the farmer and what they fed their animals, than you are ten times safer than with the guessing game you play at the market. On top of which, there are no regulations that require meat to be labeled that it has hormones or pesticides or chemicals in or on it. Produce doesn’t have to be labeled either.
So, grow your own, and what you can’t grow, buy the best. It may cost a few dollars more, but you will need less in the end. You will also feel 10 times better than you ever have in years.
Also, to take care of the water issue, you can buy filters for both your general water into your house, as well as for your shower and your sink. They are a bit spendy, especially since you want one that filters out everything including Fluoride, which is the most important thing to get rid of. Fluoride is a chemical byproduct that they say protects your teeth, which it doesn’t, and it has been found that it makes you more likely to become a slow over weight drone who only watches TV, and eventually has no teeth. If you can’t buy a filter, do the next best thing and either purchase water that comes from a protected spring and has no "chlorine" or "sodium" additives, or any additives for that matter. Or you could also get rain barrels and get your water naturally from the sky, where there are very few ways to taint it.
Stop buying regular dairy products, as much as you can, unless you know the farmer who feeds the cows who make those products. Your best bet, to keep healthy, is to start drinking Hemp Milk from the USA to replace milk, as well as getting Hemp Cheese, or soy dairy products. Most of them taste just as good, if not better than regular dairy. On top of that, the business owners are usually very happy to tell you what they feed their plants to cultivate such fine non-dairy dairy products for you.
If you prefer juice, spend the extra dollar or two and only buy it in glass jars or containers. Make sure it is all natural juice, and that their are no preservatives or additives to it.
Now that you have lowered the toxicity in your food and beverages, you only need to cut out a few more things. The first is to find a natural/alternative doctor, who can help you live an enriching life without all the pharmaceuticals. If you need a therapist, seek one who is less likely to prescribe drugs and more likely to actually talk with you to work out more natural methods. Please also remember, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO TAKE PHARMACEUTICALS to get relief. Nor do you have to be injected with tons of chemicals. Your doctor is supposed to help you make healthy choices, and anything that includes not taking drugs or putting chemicals in your body, is the healthiest path you can take.
The last thing you can do to help lower your toxicity, is to stop bringing toxic materials into your home and environment. Avoid over-the-counter drugs, start getting rid of the things in your home that were made from petrol (oil) products, such as plastics, and start investing in completely non-toxic forms of daily living materials, such as hemp.
Did you know that you can replace every hazardous thing in your home with non toxic completely safe Hemp products? On top of that, you are saving the earth from any more deep drilling, you are putting an end to wars over crude oil, and you are reversing your carbon footprint on this earth. The cannabis plant has provided every essential thing that we as human beings need for over 5,000 years without any ill side effects. You can’t beat that!
4. The next step, after lowering your toxic intact, as well as cleaning up your home environment, is to help others clean up the community environment. Help clean up litter, find out who does chemical spraying in your area, or weather modification and put a stop to it. Contact your local grocery store and tell them you won’t spend money at their stores until they require their products to be honestly and fairly labeled, and of course you won’t buy anything that has harmful substances in it. Call up your local political representative and tell them how important it is to you that your family live happy, healthy, chemical-free lives. If they don’t listen, find a candidate who will and help them get elected to office.
Make sure to make a stand, because simply doing enough for yourself or just your family is not enough. Even if the only thing you do is help others by passing on this article, you are calling on the strong majestic powers of natural life. A healthy and less stressful life, which will be enriched and cherished as you build lost of happy healthy memories.
5. Exercise!
Seriously folks, all these chemicals in our bodies drives the idea of exercise out of our minds. We get tired and over worked, we get taxed and stressed out, we have kids to worry about, and the toxicity level in our bodies makes us want to sit like lumps and just watch TV. I do understand!
That doesn’t make any of those good excuses. We all need to make a conscious effort to get into better shape and stay there. Not for looks, but for life. For Pro-life and pro-choice. We need to show the leaders of our nation that we will not put up with this toxic wasteland that has been created by regulation companies, federal authorities, pharmaceuticals and experiments being performed around us without our knowledge or consent.
Get up, get some exercise and don’t get too discouraged! Remember that the first couple of weeks might seem like hell, but once you get over that hurdle and continue, you will feel like you’re 20 years younger again, which is a better feeling than I can even explain with words.
6. Teach your kids about good health, nutrition, and the importance of learning to survive and sustain themselves without drugs.
Seriously, if you don’t teach them, then our next generation is doomed. On top of that, educate everyone else you can. You don’t have to force the knowledge on them, but enlighten them if they will listen. Tell them how they can feel better, and live more enriching lives.
I am not a doctor, and so you can only take what I know for experience and accumulated advice from several hundred friends, but I can just about guarantee you that by lowering the toxicity levels in your body and in your environment, you are not going to need the white-coats for much else. Not to mention, once you find a doctor who cares more about you then money, you’ll be set for life.
Nerve pain, nerve damage, mental disabilities, physical disabilities and tons more can all be moderated and maintained by healthy and wholesome products given to us by mother earth. We don’t have to take synthetic drugs, get harmful experimental vaccines or eat tainted regulated food to live happy healthy lives.
If for no other reason, choose to be healthy and informed for your kids, if not also for your own health and sanity.
