We understand that one can learn a lot from the Wisdom Tree. This wisdom tree represents human wisdom. The concept of congregation is not just gathering of people for worship. It is the union and communication among various people who enjoy the shadow of human wisdom. The philosophy of religions, and particularly metaphysics, embraces all world religions and faiths.
Thus, it gives spiritual maturity as we use science and technology for intellectual and emotional maturity. When we aim for spiritual maturity we go for the feelings, experiences and thus the wisdom hidden in words rather than the definition and the usual way of interpreting everything that we read and hear. So, our concept of congregation is metaphysical in nature, and also in the context that we are discussing in this Factoid. In this context, the congregation, embracing the Wisdom Tree and Holy Scriptures, help us materialize the metaphorical wisdom into practical shape by maintaining our intellectual maturity and emotional maturity for the spiritual maturity.
However, how we deal with others is a different issue when we consider the concept of society. Whether we start from the level of the family or the bigger ones like groups, community, city, state or nation, the concept of congregation can not be applied. It is because the Wisdom Tree lies in the essence of our existence, the core of our self. We can utilize our knowledge in socializing, but when we sharing about the wisdom that our human race has used from very beginning, it requires a willingness to use it as a human or a global treasures. This willingness is in seeking that wisdom.
We all can wish to have wisdom, but it comes only by seeking. The seeking is willingness to receive, not the determination to achieve. So, we cannot compare it with positive thinking or the confidence-related books and concepts. Our willingness at all levels harmonizes our intellectual and emotional maturity, leading to spiritual maturity and thus socializing at a higher level than we normally do.
You see in all levels the ratio is applied: in the family there are parents–mother, father, children, son, daughter, brother, sister, etc.–that make up the relatedness and relative importance of the individuals. There are many problems in all of these levels, thus leading to making and taking of decisions. Now the making and the taking of the decision is an art; at the same time it is the execution of the taken decision that is called duty. In such decisions, the feelings, desires, aims, hopes, wishes, etc., are the major constituents of emotional maturity that gives the essence of wisdom for emotions.
Compassion is the essence of emotions and thus the emotional maturity. Compassion heals us as it helps others, so it is a very integral part influencing both taking and execution of the decisions. For the needs of the family, emotions alone cannot work if we lack compassion. So, it needs to be checked. It is very easy to sit and meditate alone, and very hard to go through the process of Management of Intellectual and Emotional Energy, if we do not have compassion, our connection with Wisdom Tree. This management leading to spiritual maturity consists of at least 5 integral parts, namely: comparison, contrast, similarity, simile and time.
The concept of time management is not a new concept, it is as old as the human race. It can be correlated to the universe, because everything in it works in a rhythm and on time, the wonderful example of time management for us to learn. That is why the concept of time management is so important.
Let us take some examples: the right time to get up, pray, meditate, eat, drink; go or visit; the schedules of the day and night; speaking, hearing, etc., and thus an endless list where time is the major factor.
Here is an example from our ordinary life–what a lazy person would do and say. Laziness and procrastination give us so many excuses that not one claims to be very busy but also take one’s time to describe how busy he or she is. He would start with all that needs one’s self-assumed contribution because what can not be left in laziness seems to be causing many points constituting the procrastination. He keeps on adding to the routine, as the works that we normally do after getting up; needing time to do everything before taking the breakfast; them spending some time to visit some places; after lunch the rest is must; in the evening to prepare for the night, at night TV cannot be left. So, the laziness ends up at dinner staring from getting up as one claims after counting the previously discussed self-assumed works procrastinating that after dinner what spare time is left, it is impossible to remain awake as all works in laziness seem so wonderful that we never find a lazy person facing insomnia. It has no touch of maturity of any kind.
Most of us surely agree to save time, while adhering to such a busy and tight schedule. No wonder, such a person can not have spare time for anybody. On the other hand, if one ever asks a busy person when he or she would be free, the very person checks something. Guess what it can be? The schedule of the day would be checked and the immediate answer would be for 15 minutes after 9.30 in the morning or before lunch, or even after 5.30 in the evening.
Though busy all the day, such a well-managed person can spare time for anyone. It is simply the time management, working with discipline.
So, the time wasted in comparison and contrast lowers one’s intellectual maturity; while done so in similarity and similes, it lowers the emotional maturity. As we discuss the concept of the soul the contrast ends at the simile that all souls are one metaphysically, yet bear some differences according to qualities, talents, traits and so many other noticeable factors.
How we can avoid failure is that we quit being a pretender that leads one to be the faultfinders, doubters and those cannot share the virtues and qualities, as they keep looking for faults, demerits, and weak points in others. So, the easy step is let go and to leave negative traits and share the positive ones when we interact and communicate with others. We then learn to be friends of thought, but not of conversation that is merely an interaction.
Spiritual maturity is for the self, the emotional and intellectual for the Philosophy, Psychology and Science. Spiritual maturity thus helps bridge science and philosophy with self. So, we have used Philselfology as a name for this hypothetical discussion based on the united approach of east and west for watering the Wisdom Tree and sharing its fruits.
Now, all that we need is communication at the Philselfological Level bridging with others, as if creating bonds of creative thinking; the philosophical essence and scientific feelings, scientific essence of emotional maturity in accordance with our hypothesis constituting the self-felt thoughts, feelings, emotions and thus the experiences for socializing by all of our body, mind, heart and soul. It is the spiritual way to socialize.
