How to Upload Coupons to Your Shopper's Card

How to shop with coupons
Coupons you will actually use

Several stores across the United States are now allowing you to upload coupons directly from the internet to a frequent shoppers card. Examples of some stores that are currently offering this is: Kroger, King Sooper’s, Pay Less Super Markets, Fry’s, Safeway and Ralph’s. First you should check the sites listed below to see if any of your local stores participate. You must have a shoppers card at a store that is participating or obtain a shoppers card. Once you have a shoppers card go to the sites listed below to see which coupons are being offered to upload to your card. Any coupons that you upload will come off at the register automatically when you purchase the item.

  • Shortcuts: Go to the Shortcuts website and sign up to use the service, input your Kroger or other store card number into your account so that you link any coupons you select to your shoppers card. Once you have put in all the required information you are ready to start selecting coupons to add to your card. Browse through the listings of coupons provided and click "Add" on any coupons you wish to add to your card. You can only add up to fifty coupons at one time. Be cautious because once you reach the limit of fifty coupons on your card you cannot add anymore until you use some of the coupons you have added or coupons expire. For example, if you have added the maximum amount of fifty coupons and then ten coupons expire a few days later before you used them, then those coupons would automatically come off of your account and you can now add more coupons to your card. Uploading coupons is fun and easy, plus it can help you save even more money. Coupons uploaded to your shoppers card can be used along with paper and internet printable coupons, giving you a larger discount on items you purchase. It is also helpful to know that new coupons are added regularly to the site, usually at the beginning of every month.
  • Cellfire: With Cellfire you can upload coupons using your PC or your mobile phone. You can save grocery coupons to your store savings card and you can upload non-grocery coupons to your cell phone. Just go to the website to sign up, once you sign up you can upload coupons to your shoppers card or to your phone. To redeem the grocery coupons remember to scan your shoppers card when you shop at a grocery store. To redeem your other coupons show the cashier your mobile coupon to get your discount on all kinds of other products. Just like with Shortcuts, they regularly add new coupons to the website, usually at the beginning or throughout the month, so check back often. They also limit you to fifty coupons on your shoppers card at one time.
  • UpromiseUpromise is an easy way to save money for college. You can use it for school loans you already have, saving for a child to go to college or you can just use it to get a check later on to pay for whatever. When you sign up for a Upromise account you can earn money that is put into an account for you by making purchases at several different places and several different ways. You can earn money by shopping online, eating at participating restaurants, shopping at grocery and drug stores and inviting family and friends. You can also upload money saving coupons to your shoppers card when you use Upromise. With Upromise e-coupons you can use them at almost any store! The money doesn’t come off at the register, but is put into your Upromise account. Also, you can load as many coupons as you want, there is no limit.
  • P&G Esaver: This site is from Procter & Gamble and mainly has coupons for items that Procter & Gamble make and/or distribute. Go to their website to sign up for the service and you can upload coupons for their products directly to your shoppers card. Select from the listing of coupons offered which ones you want, upload and then when you go shopping remember to scan your card to have the coupons taken off the price of the product. You should be able to see your savings on your receipt when you have coupons that were used on purchases. Procter & Gamble offer coupon savings on all kinds of products like Charmin, Tide, Pringles, Cascade, Crest and Bounty.

Uploading coupons to your shoppers card can help you save even more money on top of traditional and internet printed coupons, which can help make a difference in your grocery budget and help cut back on your overall expenses for food. I wonder if all coupons might eventually go digital and that way you can upload any coupon you want directly to your card, which would be nice, however that would eliminate the paper coupons which seem to be huge money savers currently.
