Everyday women spend countless amounts of money in an effort to keep there skin soft and silky smooth. We have all at some point wasted money on a moisturizing cream or product, which did not work. I have personally been one of these women and after feeling like I was throwing money out the window. I decided to try a few home experiments for myself. Every time I brew a fresh batch of coffee and I would put the coffee grinds in the garbage. I would feel as if I could use them for something more useful then to fill up the trash can.

Well I have found an easy way to keep your skin smooth and silky and the product is probably something you use everyday.

Coffee, yes coffee!

Did you ever throw out your used coffee grinds and feel like it was such a waste of money? Well that’s how I felt every time I dumped my coffee grinds in the garbage.

When you are finished brewing your coffee and the grinds have cooled down:

  • Take a small plastic storage bag and dump the coffee grinds into the bag.
  • Take a handful of coffee grinds and place them in a stocking, knee hi or you can just use your hand if other items are not available.
  • Cleanse yourself with your regular soap product after you rinse off, follow these steps.
  • Take the coffee grinds and proceed to use the stocking as if it is a wash cloth.
  • Leave on your body for a minute of longer, then rinse.
  • This will leave your body soft and tender. You can literally feel the moisture.
  • The coffee grinds work as an exfoliator.
  • If you don’t have the time to follow this, be sure to place the bag of coffee grinds in the fridge. This will keep the grinds moist, until you have the time.
