If you will notice there is a section next to your "my dashboard" (in the box next to that) that also says Q&A. In there you can ask any questions you have and you can also answer questions.
We have a lot of people, who even though they are just "guests" have important questions that need to be answered, in fact if we can we could write articles on a lot of the questions as they would be very informative articles.
You can also get a lot of information from others regarding an article you want to write and make sure you cover all the bases.
I am asking that all members please utilize this feature.
It is also important that all moderators view the questions and participate, especially in their own channels. I would also be helpful to answer and ask in other channels as well.
I moderate the "how to" channel as ask that everyone come join us and ask and answer!

However, this is the main points for the Q&A section
- Many people can and will get great articles ideas from the questions asked
- Many people (writers) will use information from the answers in their articles (points they may have forgotten or didn’t know)
- This helps the moderators as there is activity going on in their channels
- When your article is given a "does this help" + sign your expert tags go up!
One of the key things to remember (and I ask this from everyone), whether you asked the question or you answered the question….
Please go in a vote for some of the answers!
- This gives the person who took their time a vote up,
- This does not effect your daily votes (the three to five you get)
- This will also put the question back at the top of the question board
- And once again we have all helped each other and factoidz out.
I know we are all busy, but if you make it a part of your day to answer at least 1 questions a day…or to ask 1 question a day it will make our community a lot better here.
The main thing we need to do is vote on the answers that are there! If the answer was informative and indeed answered the question asked…give it a vote up.
You will find this right at the bottom of each persons answer. There are little boxes that say "Yes" or "No".
I think that once people know how important this section is we will have a lot more visitors, both asking and answering.
Moderators: If they question has to do with your channel… you can have that question added to your channel!
