The Simple Guide For Body Warm Up

You might be wondering what a warm up is. It’s something that if you do not do you will crack your body while exercising.  Your muscles can get damaged and your bones too.

Ok, now you want to get started it’s time to get a cardio belt. This belt will tell you how much your heart is pumping. While warming up never exercise higher than 50% of your maximum heart rate. The warm up should last at least ten minutes but if you can afford it go for twenty minutes of warming up. Do not attempt to skip this step because it’s crucial for the next one. Drink water even if you do not want or feel thirtsy is the next part. More water in your body will regulate your temperature more accurately plus it will make the joints work better. Water makes up about 75% of your whole body and 80% of your brain. Need I say more?

Stretching is the next part. If you do not do it there is a high chance of muscle damage and about three months of rest ahead. You should always start the stretch slowly, it is supposed to feel good not feel bad. Pain here is not a gain, it’s a loss. Once you feel comfortable doing it just try a little harder next time but absolutely no pain. See this as a relaxing exercise.

Make a pause if you are tired because now after that you will need to exercise in the Aerobic zone. This is the zone that your body uses Fat as fuel rather than Glucose. This is the best zone for exercise loss training. It’s not painful, your muscles will not have to deal with the acid and this exercise just feels good. Does your head hurt with so much learning? Has this been so hard so far? Not at all.

How long should you exercise? One hour a day would be great, manage your time to exercise one hour everyday. Some doctors tell you to stop a day per week, this is not a must it’s an option. Light exercise is good everyday of the week and while the body needs to rest and repair, it’s done while you are sleeping.

Finally to finish the warm exercise you need to eat plenty after. Your body will start to repair the muscles and build stronger tissue for the next time you do it again. Again drink plenty of water even if you do not feel like it.

Great job on this Pedro! Have you officially joined the fitness channel that I moderate? You could make some great contributions! I like the advice about the warm up before stretching. The Cardio belt is an awesome tool, I've mentioned pedometers, but never a heart rate monitor. I see where that could do wonders for a safe and healthy workout.
