Midtown Sacramento Night Life

Life on the road: ideas for jobs you can do while living on the go

When it comes to Midtown Sac, the nightlife is absolutely second to none. What’s more, in midtown, anything and everything you could possibly want or need will be found virtually out the door, across the street, or around a quick block from anywhere you are staying. Since you are looking for a significant and truly indelible night on the town in the heart of Sacramento, California, set back and relax… you are about to step into it. From theatre and movies, or exquisite yet concise and concetrated Christmas shopping, this is where to plan on spending a day; park under the Westfield Downtown Plaza Shopping Centre.

You cannot miss it. Off I5, take the J street exit and look for the nearest underground parking entrance from J Street, or 7th Street (at K), or L street; then find over a hundred stores in this plaza alone. Afterward, step out across 7th street (on K Street, J Street, or L Street) and find an array of spots to shop.

One of California’s souvenir shopping complexes, just blocks from the state capitol, this plaza features Macy’s, United Artists Theaters, and two sunlit levels of specialty shops, restaurants, and entertainment places. L Street to the north, N Street to the south, 15th Street to the east, and10th Street to the west where the front of the capitol can be viewed and photographed.

Or better yet, come in the evening and park in any residential area at no cost; in Midtown / Downtown Sac, it’s only a matter of looking for any of the numerous apartment complexes meshed in-between the skyscrapers.

Come this way when the sun goes down and discover an incredible nightlife. To world-renowned dance clubs with all types of music, even several clubs offering extensive and extraordinary rooms tuned into one specific musical genre, or pubs and spectacular live entertainment, all are on the bill of fare once the sun goes down.

Now, midtown Sac has been known for the nightlife for several decades, but nothing close to what it has grown into since the turn of the century. Namely, since 2003 — when an unfathomable barrage of new corners for various crowds began to emerge — that’s when the nightlife began to grow into what it has become. This wasn’t too long, really, after the formation of the Westfield Downtown Plaza Shopping Centre that this spectacular scene quickly germinated and fully flourished ito what it has become.

Here is the lineup of some places on hand so you can go into the midtown Sacramento Nightlife scene knowngly: So many places to celebrate the nightlife within Midtown Sacramento.
