How to Add Your Photographs to Factoidz That You Write
The best of free online flash games: Volume 1

Charlene Collins was a friend from AC that took a shine to Factoidz.com soon after I did; toward the end of last year. We have had the pleasure (and sometimes the pain) of working on some writing projects together. This woman can produce content…Let me tell you! It makes me jealous how she can block out all other distractions and just write, one piece after another, yet still fit in some very friendly and fun conversation. Her writing, as you know from her factoids, is always a very comprehensive, interesting and easy read. She has a very cool recipe blog, if you haven’t checked it out, I think you should:

She is an expert in frugal cooking, frugal living, dogs, and small business to name a few topics. She has been doing a great job spinning some articles that I had ghost written last year. They are all on physical fitness training and steroids. She will be posting them every couple days while I’m out fishing, helping me to keep up my 100% revenue share while I’m gone. Thanks Charlene! You Rock!

Sam Montana is the number one guy around Factoidz.com, and it is a well deserved ranking. He not only posts some really informative content on this awesome site of ours, but he roams around reading and commenting on other’s work to an extent that I wish I could. He also stays plugged into the things that are going on here on the site by asking spot on questions that we all benefit from. If you want the greatest benefit from tapping into Sam’s grey matter, check out his blogs. Start with this one and work your way around:

He is a bona fide expert in diverse topics from gardening to investing. He has organized his articles on Factoidz.com, tying them into his handful of blogs that are also laid out and tied together in the most honorable tribute to neatness I have ever laid eyes on. Being a total slob myself -just try to visit my blog, if your computer doesn’t crash you’ll see how well deserved this self criticism is, I feel the need to take off my shoes before I even start to surf around Sam’s sites. Really, learn from Number One! We should all be setting up our blogs and sites, tying them into Factoidz.com, exactly by Sam’s example. Thanks Sam! You are number one for good reason!

Paul Torri and I have a lot in common: Both machinists, self employed contractors, fall back fisherman, aspiring writers, Catholics, forty-something, fathers of kids we had when we were kids ourselves, roots in New England, and a few other things in addition to a slightly warped sense of humor. We have worked together on a few low paying, somewhat boring writing assignments. I enjoyed the team effort, and found a kindred spirit. This, along with the fact that it led to us being discovered for a very interesting and hopefully well paying fiction project that we have just embarked on, made the grunt work worth while.

He, also like me, has the Webpage that his profile on Factoidz.com links to -all messed up. We should both study a bit at the feet of Sam Montana! If you read his articles they have quite a range. He gives excellent and very humorous advice about everything from starting a self employment career, to painting concrete block. When he goes a little deeper, and writes about the things of faith and spirituality he has a very non-stuffy yet pious style that really provokes ones spirit to turn its eyes to God. I especially liked his advice on learning the Lord’s prayer in Latin: http://factoidz.com/how-to-re-ignite-passion-for-prayer/ . His recent one, an apology to an pro-life Catholic that he offended when he was young, was very poignant: http://factoidz.com/a-public-apology-to-charlie-swain-pro-life-activist/ Check these out.

Clairsie Dotes is a hoot! I met her here at Factoidz.com, she is also one of the originals. She has a wise woman’s wit. If you want to see what I’m talking about, this recent article she wrote sums it all up: http://factoidz.com/technology-vs-the-anachronistic-user-a-personal-perspective/ Give that a read and see if you don’t laugh your ass off! She doesn’t connect her Factoidz.com profile to any blog. She is all about contributing her vast knowledge, especially on the topic of wedding planning, all for the sake of sharing. She is a rare type of person who seems to care more about helping someone save a buck, than making one herself.

She is a lot like Sam in the sense that she reads and comments on many Factoider’s writing. She is quite the encourager!

I’m doing a caption contest -check it out and leave a comment. This is an idea that was suggested to us by Erin Maher in her Factoidz post: http://factoidz.com/how-to-write-a-blog-post-in-5-minutes/  I’m giving away a few T-Shirts…Don’t blame you if you didn’t wanna wear it, but it could make an excellent re-gift for the right (warped sense of humor) person. It will be my privilege to write a review on everyone who leaves a comment, errr, just give me time! Here is a link to the Caption contest:

Thank you Kevin for the kind words and for noticing my blogs. It certainly has been a fun and learning experience here with an amazing group of people. I have to admit though, that the neatness of my blogs doesn’t exactly typify my office much of the time.
