Overcome mild insomnia: natural remedies

I have been trying to use natural remedies for different ailments. I feel that natural cures are so much better for a person; no harmful chemicals, and way fewer side affects than your normal over-the-counter or prescription medication. I have found that for every ailment that there is, there is an natural cure for it. More people should give some of these alternative methods a chance, they will be better off for it.

One of the biggest natural cure-alls is apple cider vinegar. Apple cider vinegar, or acv, is an amazing alternative. The worst thing you have to worry about with acv, is the taste, but you can mix it in juice to make it easier to swallow. Sore throats, acid reflux, acne, warts, and so many other different ailments. The organic acv with the "mother" in it is the best acv to take. The "mother" is the stringy membrane pieces in the acv, this is where the bulk of the protein molecules are stored. I will give a Website address at the end of this article so you can see the other benefits of acv.

Another great remedy is turmeric–this spice also has many curative properties. Anything from allergies, diarrhea, and headaches, to healing boils, and MRSA. There are so many things that this spice helps to cure, just make sure that you get the turmeric that doesn’t have Dicalcium Phosphate, this is not a desirable ingredient. Turmeric is great at healing wounds. My daughter had MRSA, and the area would not heal even with antibiotics. We started using turmeric on the wound, and in three days it was mostly gone, with no pus oozing from the wound. Many people have claimed that turmeric helps eliminate arthritis pain, and still other people have said that it gives their skin a healthy, natural look.

The examples I have given are just the tip of the iceberg. There is a natural cure for any ailment that you can think of. Think about this, when you use a prescription medication and you get the informational paper that shows the dosage, look at the side affects . With natural remedies you don’t have these side affects; they make you healthier, and strengthen your immune system so you’re able to fight off different ailments. So, give natural remedies a chance, you won’t be disappointed.

That is amazing that turmeric healed the MRSA and very encouraging. I will have to read up on the apple cider vinegar since I don’t know much about it. Whenever I see an ad on TV for some medicine I either cringe or laugh at the long list of terrible side effects.
