Don’t fall for industrial pharmacy’s marketing strategy, you don’t need any supplement to keep your body healthy. All you need a regularly exercise and a good laugh. Yes, a good laugh. A good laugh that relieves physical tension and stress, leaving your muscles relaxed for up to 45 minutes after. A good laugh that decreases stress hormones and increases immune cells and infection-fighting antibodies, thus improving your resistance to disease. A good health that release of endorphins, the body’s natural feel-good chemicals that can relieve pain. And a good laugh that improves the function of blood vessels and increases blood flow, which can help protect you against a heart attack and other cardiovascular problems. You can have a good laugh just by watching a comedy movie. But laughter that comes when you are in the midst of people you love give you a doubling affect. Shared laughter gives you all the benefit mentioned above and it heal resentments and disagreements, it unites people in difficult times.

Some people find it so hard to laugh (though I find it hard to understand) there even a high paying laughing therapy. For those who don’t want to spend the money to get a good laugh can start with these simple steps.

Smile, most laughter begins with a smile. Try to see the funny side of all stories. It may be hard on the first times but it’ll get easier. Counting your blessing can make you smile too. Try imagine your crappy moment than switch to a happier one, it’ll make you smile. If it doesn’t, something wrong with your muscle.

If you’re a person who likes to think a lot, like an analyst kind of type, stop doing it when you’re among people that are having fun and exchanging jokes. Try not to analyze why people laugh at a joke that isn’t funny for you, just watch them laugh, it’ll get you. Laughter is contagious.

Read as many jokes as possible. Don’t try to use it purposely or planning on when to use that joke, you’ll just end up loosing your self esteem for trying to be funny. just keep reading. Your subconscious will know when the time is right for you to use the jokes on your database.
