Why we fail in the market even though we have most influential team is because we have training and qualifications that has not been put to work. Most of our knowledge and common sense remains at sleep, the idleness. The reason is our aim to achieve the target. We notice in the sports that the winners at national level have some loss at their later age; the continent level gives it more. The world champions end up as bad old age. Our knowledge and all possible tools in the HRD (Human Resource Development) face non-frugal results and thus fatigue. Yes, the fatigue that we are labeling as the economic recession.

No, it is not economic recession; it is economic stagnation, the lack of development in the economical thought and living leading to the Art of Frugal Living. In the great success of frugal living, we notice that even the nonprofessional or layperson gets success lot more than the professionals. What is the reason, why the great companies are failing and the nonprofessional is developing a new world. What one as a self-assumed HRD person does is making frugal works filled with excessive use of colors of expertise. How to stop this luxury of knowledge is easy. You see in our interactions and conversations, if we try to direct one’s attention to something that the person is not willing the used words for it are a kind of violence.
