I have a robust background in construction practices, home and commercial inspections. In addition, I was instrumental in helping craft reasonable and effective home inspection licensing legislation in NY, as well as directly helping to develop the curriculum outline that NY State adopted as educational requirements for new home inspectors. I have also served as an expert witness for his fellow inspectors in situations where a home owner has a dispute against the inspector.
