Real estate deals on Seattle's east side

How to use Google for your real estate business

As we all lived through the market crash, we notice good and bad things about it. One of the best places in US to buy land and real estate is Seattle’s East Side, cities like Bellevue, Mercer Island, Clyde Hill, Medina, Kirkland, Redmond, and last but not least, city of Kenmore.

I have lived in Bellevue for over 7 years now, and I was there for the “big boom” and the “bubble burst” which happened over last year. As for now, many houses located on 1/2 acre of land, five minutes from down town Bellevue would run you for about 1.2-1.6 Million USD. Just last year their value was about 2 Million USD, if you good backed monterey resources to invest and let them sit on the property for about a year, year an a half, Bellevue would be your best bet. Also, many consumers and builders had their loans closed and cannot afford to make the payments and finish off the house, that is forcing them to sell half done house for three times cheaper than it cost. Which means you can get the same as above property for 700K-800K, framed up building on 1/2 acre in Clyde Hill area which is 5 minutes from Down Town Bellevue and  2 minutes from Bill Gates’ original home.

Invest another 700K-800K to finish it, and re-sell it for about 2.2-2.5 Million USD in about a year, year and a half the most, which is the probable time it will take you to finish the work on the house. And living in Bellevue, WA you will notice that its an upscale, clean, respectful and growing community, that is way more advanced and cleaner than the city of Seattle.

Notice how I said in the beginning: “lived through the market crash”. Yes, its coming to an end as we know it. I live and work on Seattle east side, Bellevue city, and as for the last couple of weeks, I see an enormous boost in construction sales, and development progress. All companies are getting back on track with their natural yearly flow for the winter season, which usually gets backed up by tax return season at the end of the winter and gets the up most boost by spring/summer time, since its the best time for consumers to remodel, build, re-build their homes. So feel free to invest money in any property that you can, the sooner the better over on East Side of Seattle, properties like this wont be up for sale with price as they are now.
