Acura also specifies that under extreme conditions the timing and balancer shaft belts should be replaced more frequently, at 60,000 miles (100,000 km). These abnormal conditions include very high temperatures over 110°F (43°C) or very low ambient temperatures of minus 20°F (-29°C).
