Recipe: Banana and Creamed Cheese Fritters
This is a simple recipe, but does require the cheese ball to sit for at least two hours before the full flavor can be enjoyed.
Ingredients
- 2 8oz bars of regular cream cheese
- 1 med yellow onion diced
- 1 tbl lemon juice
- 1 tsp Worcester sauce
- 1 jar kraft bacon cheese spread
Directions
- Mix all ingredients until the are blended but you can still see the difference in shades of cheese, do not over blend.
- Let it sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours, you can roll in peanuts or crushed crackers or nothing at all.
- Makes two small cheeseballs or one large.
