Lately I have been trying to figure out what ideas I can come up with to keep from developing writer’s block on here. Since posted questions do not always make good Factoidz, I’ve had to rely on other means. It goes without saying that our experiences help others in what they go through, so what we write is so valuable to our readers. Therefore, it certainly pays to browse through the top searches for search engines to find new topics to explore, as well as any forums to which we subscribe. Using those two methods alone, I have come up with plenty of content to keep me busy for a while, but it can still be easy to fizzle out if I’m not careful. There comes a point when my writing can become dangerously close to repeating itself. I certainly don’t want that to happen!
Take On a Challenge
I have come up with some other fool-proof concepts that every writer for Factoidz can benefit from and attract a fan-base at the same time. We all know reviews do so well, as do first-person accounts of events. Why not mix the two together and come up with 30-, 60-, or 90-day (or some other number of days) challenges you can do to improve your life and enlighten readers? It can be a fun way to keep you motivated, forcing you to stay writing to keep writer’s block from creeping up on you. New ideas are more likely to occur when you are being creative - and that is always a good thing.
Find Your Niche
In my case, I thrive on finding solutions to everything. I am what you call an Internet junkie - I look up topics daily on Google, just to find information regarding topics and questions that pop into my head at random times. One area I am partial to is skincare: having good skin, correcting problem areas, finding products that work, and saving money without sacrificing the efforts. Accordingly, I am putting together a 30-day challenge for skincare products, to see if they are all they are cracked up to be. Body wellness is another passion of mine. I’m already in the midst of my exercise challenge - Latin dancing for weight loss. My goal is at least 30 days, but I will keep going until I see something significant happen. I also like finding remedies to common illnesses and dilemmas. It is truly amazing seeing the online information boom unfold in recent years! I look forward to seeing Factoidz right up there with all the search engines as a household name for producing content of all categories.
