You might try henna. It's uncomplicated - though messy - but the real benefit is that is really gives your hair a deep conditioning. I used to use it years ago and then tried it again on a whim last week. My straggly, dry locks are now glossy and vibrant and I am a happy convert to henna. :) Maybe I'll write a fz about it!

Again, non-permanent hair coloring can cover gray for 6-8 weeks depending on amount.  Then you can retouch it on the roots and crown.   It costs between 6 - 8 dollars and can get them at beauty salon stores or even Wal-Mart or CVS.  Make sure they have contain no peroxide and you will know they are the less potent rinses.  They rinse out after a couple of months if you don't want to do them anymore.

I certainly hope your grey hair is not the reasoning behind not landing those jobs, having grey hair shows wisdom! Being confident and choosing the right job help too.  If choosing to colour, be sure it looks natural, having an unnatural colour may make it look worse.  Blending grey with colour is best, try just for men colour products or see a professional to help with brand and colour choice.
