Does smoking effect your sperm?

Rumors say that the more a man smokes, the less likely he will have a son because smoking reduces the amount of XY chromosomes. Is that true?

Sort of. What a 2005 study from Spain found was that even very heavy smoking didn't actually change the chromosomal makeup of sperm but it did seem to make the "female" sperm more viable. That may explain why heavy smoking men seem to have more daughters than sons.
