What does "High Pay Out Rate" really mean?
I did three articles under the high pay out rate category (two are actually High+) and am receiving mere pennies for views. I'm new to this website so I'm just curious what the deal is with the payout rates.

From the typical e-mail confirmation one gets with publication, comes this which may also be helpful:
Current Payout Rates (payment per 1,000 views):
* High+: $3.00 - $5.00
* High: $2.00 - $3.00
* Med: $1.00 - $2.00
* Low / Dup: $0.50 - $1.00
* Promotional / advertising articles may be accepted but will receive a Payout Rate of $0.00
