What to use to patch a plywood subfloor that was slightly damaged while removing old parquette

The top layer of my 3/4" t&g got damaged in a few places and I wanted to know what to use as a filler to fix those areas. The filler must be something that can be nailed through for the new hardwood floor. Thanks.
