You see when I try to save my factoid it says - "You are not allowed to edit this article. Back to your dashboard.". I am not clear about it. Kindly guide. Thanks!

Could we see the article?
You must reach the level of Level-5 (50 articles published) before this ability is granted. If your article has a serious error or omission of an important element (such as incorrect URL, etc.) perhaps you can ask an Admin./editor if they might correct it for you.
Basically, you want to be 100% sure that you want the article to publish as-is before submitting it. Once you reach L-5 "Maven" status, you may edit your own articles.
(or at least, this is the way it used to be unless the rules changed recently and some rules have, such as ability to published preciously-published works.)
