Pregnant women are always required to take vitamins, and lots of preservative-filled foods are prohibited for them. Most vitamin capsules or tablets belong to synthetic supplement. By default, all of them who are pregnant should take once a day, multivitamins, folic acid and iron. Well this happens only at present since during the old times, what they were just worried about are the food they have, and want to eat, and how they’re going to deliver their child safely.

Because technology continues to grow, medicines and synthetic vitamins also do. Right now, present in the market are the capsules, syrups or tablets containing the nutrients that a pregnant women needs. And we can of course be sure that each is safe.

Synthetic vitamin supplements may give you your needs, but not all. You become picky and choosy when you get pregnant and your doctor just wants to make sure that you will have extra of those nutrients since it is not every day that you would be able to eat the foods you are required to and at the same time for you to have the supplements that your body and baby needs.

Although there are lots of medicines prescribed for expectant mothers, still, this does not give them the chance to eat what is prohibited and avoid the vitamin-rich foods that they hesitate to consume. Besides, doctors shall replace your medicines any time, should these have negative effects on you, which mean not all synthetic supplements are good for you. It varies on one woman to another.

Pregnant women and their babies still need fresh and natural nutrients such as source natural vitamin supplements, as they take care of each other. No toxic and no added contents can be found in organic foods. If synthetic are safe, natural is safer and can always rely on.

It is good to take synthetic vitamins but it is always best to have natural vitamin supplement inside the body, not only for you but most of all, for your baby.
